Monte Vista Lacrosse is about growing together as a team. Commradary, sportsmanship, and integrity are the ingredients to becoming better lacrosse players as well as better people. Commitment from every player will define the work ethic and determination it will take to be a strong team. Let's work together and make this season great!

Be a part of our growing mustang spirit. Practices consist of 5 days a week for about 2 hours a day. Be prepared with your cleats, running shoes, mouth guard, goggles, stick, and water every day. Be ready to work as soon as practice begins. All injuries need to be attended to before practice begins and not during. Our work ethic depends on our team capacity and we need the team to be prepared and ready to go. Conditioning will be included in our practice times as well as learning offense, defense, and midfield concepts.

We understand prior engagements, but lacrosse requires a certain amount of commitment from the athletes. All practices and games are mandatory. We are flexible with each individual, although we expect a team commitment from every player.
